14 - 19 Work-related Learning Policy and Guidelines These guidelines include an overview of 14-19 reforms affecting the development of work related learning, plus operational guidance on legal aspects, quality and maximising learning outcomes in a range of settings. They apply to LA maintained schools, FE colleges and training organisations managing learners, and constitute good practice for non maintained schools seeking guidance in this area.
